The Warwick Africa Hub will connect Warwick and African partners to jointly address global challenges and support the development of the region’s leaders in research, education, and beyond. The Hub launch programme features an announcement by the Vice-Chancellor, three discussion panels which will explore Warwick's activities in Africa; student initiatives and opportunities; and North-South research and education collaborations. The inaugural Distinguished African Lecture “Africa and the SDGs: What will it take to achieve them?” will be given by Professor Ernest Aryeetey, Secretary-General of the African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA).
