Pippo Delbono

Pippo Delbono, author, actor and director was born in 1959 in Varazze, in the Liguria region. He began his career in traditional theatre, then moved do Denmark where he studied Oriental theatre through rigorous work on physicality and voice with the Farfa Group at the Odin Teatret.

At the beginning of the 1980s he established the Compagnia Pippo Delbono. His works can be defined as total creations, where a core group of actors expands the whole time.
