Whether you're looking for academic, personal, financial or wellbeing support, we're here to help. This page brings together details of the key departmental contacts you'll need throughout your course along with the range of university resources and support services available to support you throughout your time at Warwick. Whether things are going to plan, or not – we’re here for you.

University Support Services

The University provides a wide support network of specialised wellbeing services, and can support and advise you when help is needed. We've compiled a list below, but reach out to your course leader/the PG team if you're unsure where to access specific support.

Wellbeing and Student Support

The Wellbeing Support Team offers practical advice and emotional support for your wellbeing and help accessing other services.

You can contact Wellbeing Support via the Wellbeing Portal or via telephone on 024 7657 5570. You will have a brief consultation to identify next steps and decide on the type of support you may need such as:
  • Self-help resources
  • Workshops
  • One-to-one appointments
  • Psychological interventions
  • Email counselling
  • Therapy groups
  • Mentoring

Disability Services

The Disability Team is part of Wellbeing and Student Support (WSS) at the University of Warwick. They provide advice, information and support to manage the impact of a disability, including specific learning differences, mental health, autism spectrum and long term medical conditions, helping students to learn effectively.

Counselling & Psychotherapy Team

The Counselling and Psychotherapy Team offers a range of therapeutic interventions for students experiencing emotional or psychological issues.

Health Centre

The University practice is situated in the heart of the campus serving students who live on campus or within the catchment area. Please see full details of eligibility on the New Patient Registration page.

Library Services

Your Library is so much more than the physical spaces and books. We want you to be able to access everything you need - services, spaces or collections – and to make the most of all the services and support on offer.

Careers

The Careers team is here to help you every step of the way, from exploring your options, polishing your CV, practicting your interview technique to getting the job.

Nightline

Nightline is a student-run, confidential, and non-judgmental peer-to-peer support listening service. It is open from 9pm to 9am every night of term and trained volunteers are happy to listen to anything you may wish to discuss. Nothing is too difficult or too trivial to be worth mentioning.

Report + Support

This is Warwick's hub for reporting incidents of sexual misconduct, bullying and harassment, discrimination, hate incidents and hate crimes. Individuals can report anonymously or speak to an advisor. Report + Support also runs a range of campaigns around safeguarding.

Community Safety

The Community Safety department is a team of individuals dedicated to protecting the safety and security of everyone who lives, works and studies at the University. They have an on-Campus presence 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide pastoral support to everyone within our community.

Residential Community

The Residential Community Team work and live alongside students within the halls of residence and are a key part of welfare and support.

The Chaplaincy

The Chaplaincy is the focus of Spiritual life on campus and provides a meeting place for Christian, Jewish and Muslim prayer and worship. It is a focal point for different faith groups and student societies and offers a safe, supportive space at the centre of campus. Students of all faiths and none can come and find a friendly and welcoming spiritual and social space.

Student Finance

For all things fee related. Including how and when to pay, invoices, receipts, digital status letters and guidance if you're experiencing financial difficulties.

Student Funding

Student funding offer advice on budgeting, bursaries, scholarships and hardship funds.

Students' Union
The SU offer a range of help and support, including advice on service standards, health and wellbeing, housing and money matters.
