Salvaging the Microscope

The first thing I need to do it make sure I've actually got something to look at things through. My microscope's been boxed up and in the shed since I moved years ago - working with microscopes all day didn't give me much incentive to set it up on my days off.

I feel bad - I was mean to my microscope - and I have to make amends. It took a day to strip it down and clean all the lenses, the old broken tungsten light gets swapped for an LED torch and phone charger and it looks like it might just be ok.

After a few failed attempts I printed out a functional camera adaptor so I can take snaps of whatever's lurking in the depths of that miniscule pond.

What could possibly be in there?
