We process your personal data for the following purposes of sharing your case study with prospective and current students on a poster displayed at the University of Warwick campus and also on our webpages and the Alumni Privacy Notice.
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is your consent. You have the right to withdraw consent by contacting SLS.UG@warwick.ac.uk. However where we have already processed your personal data we will not be able to withdraw your personal data.
We will keep your personal data for 5 years after we have obtained your case study unless you have withdrawn your consent.
You may exercise rights in respect of your personal data. These are the right of access to it, to rectify inaccurate information, to restrict processing or erase personal data, to object to our processing of it and to transfer it to another controller. If you wish to exercise a right please contact infocompliance@warwick.ac.uk
