Pregnancy loss is a very distressing event that affects the whole family.

Pregnancy loss is a multi-factorial disorder involving the complex biology of the maternal fetal interaction in the context of the mother’s physical, social and emotional environment. Preventing pregnancy loss is a challenging goal as is it involves a widely multi-disciplinary approach. Thus translating findings from the laboratory bench to the bedside results in exciting and varied problems. Solutions, though elusive, are incredibly rewarding.
