Marianas spinning disk confocal
The Marianas SDC is a dual-camera spinning disk confocal from 3i (Intelligent Imaging Innovations). It provides optically sectioned 3D datasets with higher speed and less photobleaching than a standard point-scanning confocal microscope. The high numerical aperture imaging objective and super sensitive (>95% QE) cameras make this an ideal system for gentle imaging of fast, sub-cellular events.
Located in MCBB room L1.20.
