To invest in the continued development of the scale from 1st December 2024 charges are being introduced for NHS organisations, including NHS trusts, GP surgeries and any other organisation currently funded by the NHS.
We are offering an introductory discount of 50% of the current commercial rates for NHS organisations. To be eligible for the discount you must apply for your licence using an email address with a suffix containing "NHS" and applications must be made using this form (link to form to follow)
NHS Registrations will be regularly checked, organisations falsely claiming to be NHS organisations to take advantage of the discount will be asked to apply for a retrospective commercial licence at the full commercial rate. The discounted licence cannot be offset against the full commercial licence so you will effectively be paying 1.5 times the current commercial licence price.
Please note that from 1st December 2024 if you are an NHS organisation and use the main commercial registration page the discount will not be recognised. We are unable to reverse transactions to offer refunds so please make sure that you register for the appropriate licence for your organisation.
