Aims and Learning Outcomes
By the end of the module the student should be able to:
- Operate safely and effectively in the science graduate research environment at University of Warwick
- Demonstrate a systematic understanding of the principles of interdisciplinary biomedical research
- Critically evaluate interdisciplinary approaches to biomedical research in a range of research areas (to include projects under the general remit of Quantitative Biomedical Imaging)
- Present research ideas and results to scientific audiences
- Understand how to adapt their research skills to the requirements of varied and complex scientific contexts
- Undertake systematic and complex searches of research literature and scientific information services
- Write scientific reports
