Complaints

Students are encouraged to go to a member of staff within their department to raise their complaint initially. In most cases the complaint should be raised in the first instance as a concern with the person responsible for the action against which the complaint is made. If this is not appropriate or this step has been taken and the matter has not been resolved satisfactorily, the next step would be to take the matter further and raise a complaint with the Programme Management via the webform.
