Complaints

Any concerns you may have regarding your studies at WMG should initially be raised informally with the person or team responsible for the area of concern. If you have done this and have NOT had a satisfactory outcome (or you do not feel it is appropriate) the next step would be to raise the issue as a stage 1 complaint to WMG in order that is is fully investigated.

Students can do this via the webform.
