Closure of access road into Kirby Corner Car Park from Lord Bhattacharyya Way: Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st March

On Tuesday 30th - Wednesday 31st March, the access road into the Kirby Corner Car Park from Lord Bhattacharyya Way will be closed to allow installation of power cables. Access into the Kirby Corner Car Park will still be available via Gibbet Hill Road/Kirby Corner Road with diversion signs in place, however vehicles must ensure they follow road signs and not turn right into Kirby Corner Car Park from Gibbet Hill Road.


Temporary Closure of Sections of Car Park 10 - Monday 22nd March - Tuesday 23rd March

On Monday 22/03/2021 and Tuesday 23/03/2021, sections of the car park to the rear of Physics and MASB will be closed to safely allow the replacement of the large liquid nitrogen vessels at physics. Articulated lorries and cranes are required to remove and install the vessels and for the protection of people and vehicles, the car park must close for 2 days. Regrettably, this also means includes some of the accessible bays within the car park. For the duration of the temporary closure, blue badge holders unable to make use of other accessible bays in the area may straddle 2 standard bays within the open section of the car park, but must still display their valid blue badge. Pedestrian diversions will also be in place to divert via the footpath along Gibbet Hill Road.


Service/Delivery & staff drop off zone closed week commencing 5th April

Due to some emergency tree work along Library road, the service & delivery area & staff drop off zone outside Ramphal will be closed during Easter week. Please ensure no vehicle is left parked within these areas including overnight.


Temporary construction on Gibbet Hill Road: Monday 22 March

On Monday 22 March, McVeigh will be on site constructing a ramp adjacent to Warwick Business School on Gibbet Hill Road. Traffic Controls will be in place between 9.30am and 5.30pm for 6 weeks.
