Mindfulness in the PG Hub

Mind full or mindful?
Through the practice of meditation and "in-the-moment" techniques, mindfulness can make us increasingly able to think, feel and act with a new sense of clarity and purpose.
Come to the PG Hub Relaxation Room on Tuesday 17th July, 1pm-2pm, to learn some practical mindfulness exercises to help you feel calm and in control.
