Cloudflare issues
We are aware that Cloudflare error messages are still occasionally occuring on some publisher sites when logging in via our proxy server.
One solution is to try logging in via Institution if this is an option.
If clearing browsing history and trying alternative browsers does not work for you please forward a screenshot to Library Enquiries and we will contact the publisher on your behalf
BSI Online | FileOpen Plugin Required
BSI has added additional security features. This has made accessing PDFs from the resource more prohibitive to access.
If you are working on your own device, then please access the resource after installing the required OpenFile plugin. Managed devices on campus should already have the plugin installed.
Please note that browser-based PDF viewers, such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome will not work when accessing any PDF documents from BSI Online.
