E-resources Authentication Changes
The Library has updated the method for authenticating to Library e-resources. We are now using OpenAthens instead of Shibboleth and the Library proxy server. This will help to future proof Library authentication, provide more stable access and better functionality, and will allow more flexibility in the way that we provide access to our e-resources. All Library links to e-resources (e.g. via Library Search, Talis Aspire, etc.) have been updated to use OpenAthens. However, if you have direct links to Library e-resources which don't go via Library Search, Talis Aspire, etc. you may find these no longer work and if so you will need to manually update them. These links will contain the following string after the domain of the e-resource: 'pugwash.lib.warwick.ac.uk'. Examples of these links are as follows:

- http://0-www.tandfonline.com.pugwash.lib.warwick.ac.uk/doi/full/10.1080/08832323.2017.1398129

(Resolved) Click and Collect fault
(Resolved) Click and request service not currently working, C+C requests can be placed but not communicating to system.
(Resolved) Links from reading lists/Talis not connecting to resource
There is an outage affecting links from Talis reading lists to Library Search. Our supplier is actively working on the affected systems to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. In the meantime you can access the resource directly via Library Search. We appreciate your patience while this issue is resolved.
