Great news - the Library is now phasing the opening of study space, and from 17 August, Learning Grid 1 in University House will be open, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 17:45 pm. There will be some differences to usual due to Covid-19 and the necessity to keep everyone safe:

• There will be approximately 86 study spaces available across the ground floor and 1st floor of Learning Grid 1
• Learning Grid 2 is not currently open
• Spaces will be taken on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend that you check availability before visiting given there are a limited number of seats. You can do this by viewing our traffic light system online. If the spaces are taken when you arrive, we must unfortunately refuse you access· The space is for individual and quiet study only at this time
• A limited number of computers will be available
• A staff member will be on site to maintain safety measures, monitor space availability and provide support for basic enquiries
