Background

Due to increased demand for silent study space and to make full use of our facilities we have made some changes ready for Term 2.

The space in Silent Study Room 2 was under-utilised last year due to the restrictions in the use of technology, we have now opened this area up for use by all students to study using laptops, as long as they work silently.

Based on the analysis of the use of Silent Study Room 2 last year, and to support those that require to study in silence in a laptop free zone, we have also opened up additional study spaces.

• Silent Study Room 3 (8-seater capacity) for those wishing to read using a tablet
• Silent Study Room 4 (7-seater capacity) for those wishing to read books
