Managing your Publications in the WRAP Repository
Warwick Research Publications are held in our Warwick Research Archive Portal (WRAP) which is the home of the University's full text, open access research content and contains, journal articles, Warwick doctoral dissertations, book chapters, conference papers, working papers, datasets and more. It's simple to manage your publications in the WRAP repository, the following guides will show you how:

Deposit New Publications
Submit your research outputs by selecting your preferred deposit method:
The easiest way to deposit your publication is through the simple deposit form using your Warwick Username and Password.
The form walks through the steps of depositing your publication, and all submissions are carefully checked by the WRAP team before they are added to the repository. Submission to live repository time is up to 2 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us.
Request Changes
To request any changes to an existing WRAP/Publications Service record, simply fill out our request changes form.
We can only make changes to records in a manner so that they still conform to the international standards for metadata and cataloguing used by the Publications Service and WRAP
New Starter / CV Setup
If you have recently joined the university and have past publications you would like added, you can upload a list of your past publications / cv and these can be added to WRAP on your behalf. The form to do this can be found here.
Managing your Elements Profile
Symplectic Elements is a Current Research Information System (CRIS) which brings together information about our research funding, outputs and impact from multiple sources to create profiles for our staff.
