Warwick Research Publications
Warwick Research Publications are held in our Warwick Research Archive Portal (WRAP) which is the home of the University's full text, open access research content and contains, journal articles, Warwick doctoral dissertations, book chapters, conference papers, working papers, datasets and more.
Complete research outputs listing (not Open Access) from Warwick researchers can be viewed in the University of Warwick Publications Service.

How to deposit
Submit your research outputs by selecting your preferred deposit method:
Simple deposit
Through the simple deposit form using your Warwick Username and Password.
Email deposit
Email us specific details (e.g. author names, article title, journal title, DOI/web link, acceptance date, etc.) of your publications to publications at warwick dot ac dot uk.
Self deposit
For experienced repository users, you can enter the full-details into wrap.warwick.ac.uk.
Select 'New deposit' (you will need to be logged in to your Warwick Username and Password).

How to deposit into the Publications Service and WRAP
Note: You can import items quickly and simply into the Publications Service and WRAP if they have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) or are available in PubMed or UK PubMed Central.
Departments can choose to deposit on behalf of the author. To do this please contact us to discuss your requirements.

About the service

We accept a wide range of research outputs including; journal articles, PhD Theses, conference proceedings, reports, datasets, multimedia items, working papers and book chapters.

Warwick's OA Policy
With effect from April 2013 all University members are required to deposit into the research outputs repository, the final (refereed and corrected) accepted versions of their peer-reviewed journal articles and peer-reviewed conference articles.
Please note: This applies to all University staff and members of the University (including research students) and is subject to publisher restrictions.
