The proxy borrowing service is available for anyone who cannot access the Library due to disability, chronic conditions and/or caring responsibilities.

  • The proxy borrowing service allows another member of staff or student at Warwick to borrow books on your behalf at the Helpdesk
  • Please be aware that all books and any charges accrued remain your responsibility
  • You can cancel your proxy borrower arrangement at any time, email - library at warwick dot ac dot uk; otherwise, this arrangement will remain in place up until the end date you indicate on the form
Privacy notice
The data collected on this form is confidential, and will only be accessed by library staff in order to set up a proxy borrower. The information not be kept after the proxy borrower arrangement has ended.
