Complaints Form

The University of Warwick will process the personal data you provide via this complaints form for the purposes of receiving, investigating, and responding to your complaint, and for monitoring and improving Library services.

The lawful basis for processing is the University’s public task and/or legitimate interests in handling complaints. Your information may be shared internally with relevant Library staff and University departments where necessary to investigate and resolve your complaint.

Your personal data will be retained in accordance with the University’s Records Retention Schedule and will not be transferred outside the UK.

The University of Warwick is the Data Controller of any information you have entered on this form and is committed to protecting the rights of individuals in line with Data Protection Legislation.
