About the area

Royal Leamington Spa

Leamington Spa is a charming town known for its stunning Regency architecture and lush parks. As a residential town, you can expect to live in a student home with the classic Regency architecture, or other types of charming homes in the area. Leamington Spa also has some modern purpose-built student accommodation (PBSAs) dotted around the town to provide a variety of options on where to live.

The town attracts both students and visitors with the stunning Jephson Gardens park perfect for unwinding outdoors. The shopping centre on the Parade features popular chain stores as well as unique independent cafes, shops, bars, nightlife, and live music for you to enjoy.

Although it's one of the further locations from campus (about 20-35 minutes away by bus or car), Leamington's inviting student presence and regular community events hosted in the town centre make it a home away from home for students seeking a new and exciting student lifestyle.
