Student leavers IT guide

Your student record has a 'course end date'. This is usually printed on your Student card. After this date, your access to university buildings and support may change. You will lose access to campus buildings the day after the 'course end date'.

IT and Warwick email account

Alumni Account: 8 weeks after your ‘course end date’, you will transform to "alumni" accounts.

Warwick Email address: You will continue to have limited services (including access to your Warwick email address) for a total of 1 year and 8 weeks after the 'course end date'.
