Erica Pickering is an assistant professor working on the counselling and psychotherapy programme. She has a number of years of experience delivering counselling training in various settings.

Erica is a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and has been in practice as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 15 years. She has worked in a number of settings including spending many years counselling in higher and further education. Alongside her work here at Warwick, she currently runs a private practice incorporating client work, supervision and training.
