Lynne is an Assistant Professor in the Career Studies team. She joined the team based in the Centre for Lifelong Learning, from the Open University, where she was the Learning and Professional Development Manager for the Careers and Employability Services.

Lynne has extensive experience of developing professional practice, working with both experienced career guidance professionals and those new to working in this role. She has worked as an Assessor on both the level 4 and level 6 Career Development work-based learning qualifications and as Lead Trainer for AGCAS on the Technology Enhanced Career Learning Provision course.

With over twenty years of experience in adult career guidance, Lynne has worked in a variety of settings which include Oxfordshire Adult Learning, Probation services and TES career clinics. She moved into HE in 2013 working as a Career Consultant within the faculty of Business and Law at the Open University.
