Career Development and Coaching Studies

We draw on a wide range of expertise across our professional networks and the University to teach this programme. It is designed to help you provide creative and effective career support. The programme is informed by a range of international and national benchmarks and characterised by a distinctive focus on the integration of theory and practice.

Why Warwick?

The courses within this programme are all designed for international, EU and home students and taught via a blend of workshops and distance learning. Faculty members are actively engaged in scholarship and have relevant experience in a wide range of workplace contexts.

We use a flexible approach on our part-time variants to enable attendance for those based overseas and/or with full-time work or other responsibilities. Each 20 credit module is taught via a blend of workshop-based and distance learning. The MA, PG Diploma and PG Certificate in Career Development and Coaching Studies are approved by the Career Development InstituteLink opens in a new window (CDI) as meeting the qualification requirement for the UK Register of Career Development Professionals.
