Your study spaces

Across main campus and Westwood campus, we have a range of study facilities and areas for private and group study work.

Westwood and other locations

Westwood:

Westwood computer room - Previously the Reinvention Centre, this room has 20 student computers as well as central space for you to use your own laptops. This room can be booked for teaching, but all other times it is open for you to use. Opening hours TBC.

Aroma cafe - Recently refurbished, the cafe now has a microwave and hot water, along with space to eat your lunch, socialise and plug sockets so you can have a coffee whilst you work. Food served 8am-6pm weekdays.

Student hub, Avon building - A flexible learning and relaxing environment with 10 student PCs.

Cafes - There are also cafes and coffee shops available across campus where you might be able to find space.

Main campus

Social studies common room - Located on floor 1, Social Studies room S1.56 is a study and relaxation space for Centre for Lifelong Learning students. The room has networked computers, study space and tea and coffee making facilities. Access code: 2384.

Library - The Library has a number of different study zones including group, quiet, and silent. Food and hot drinks can be consumed on Floors 1 and 2. Open 24/7.

Learning Grid, University House - We have two study spaces located at University house:

  • LG1 has access to iMacs, Smartboards, Panaboard, Plasma screens, Reference books, Printers
  • LG2 has two bookable group study/presentation rooms. These can be used to practice and work on upcoming presentations and carry out group work.

Learning Grid, Rootes Building - A study space in one of the busiest parts of campus. There are individual study zones, group work rooms, and iMacs. Open 8am-10pm, Monday-Sunday.

Warwick University Library - the Library provides a wide variety of study spaces to suit all your different learning needs.
