Application Payment

Thank you for providing payment for your online application to the University of Warwick.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: Please note that your status will not change to show your payment has been received for at least 24 hours. You will receive an email to acknowledge your payment shortly but please allow 24 hours. If you do not receive this email please do not make a second payment. Instead, please send an email to pgapplication@warwick.ac.uk with the name and email address used to make the payment (as well as cardholder's name if different) and the date the payment was made. If you receive a second email within the next few days confirming your Warwick ID, this is a confirmation that your payment has been received.

Your application will now be processed by the Postgraduate Admissions Team, and you should normally receive an email within the next 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of your application. In this email they will let you know the next steps for your application.

Please do not send any documentation by post or email at this stage until you have received the above email with your Warwick ID as well as instructions on what to do next. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please telephone the team on +44 (0)24 765 24585, quoting your application receipt number. If you did not make a note of this previously, it is available on the first screen of this online application system at www.warwick.ac.uk/go/pg/apply
