Undergraduate Coordinator (CAS/History/Visiting Students/Overseas Programmes)
The Undergraduate Coordinator, in collaboration with the other undergraduate coordinators and the Academic Administrator, is responsible for the management, coordination and support of undergraduate study in the Department of History.
- Administration for History Literature and Cultures of the Americas (CAS) and History with particular regard to online module registration on MRM; Tabula, and any other duties as required to support the degrees - preparing exam papers; processing marks; preparing documentation for exam boards.
- Administration for the CAS/History Study Abroad programmes and the Venice programme for students going abroad as part of their degree. Administration for Visiting students in the History Department. Support for briefing meetings and preparations for the application process for CAS and History students wishing to spend a year abroad and continued support during the time spent overseas.
- Finance - reimburse travel costs and expenses related to the year abroad programme and the CAS Degree; assisting with travel bookings, raising and processing purchase orders.
Students who wish to change their module registration, and students from outside the Department (including exchange students) who wish to register for modules, should contact the History Departmental Adminstrator.
