Outside Options Approval Form

This form is for History students who wish to request approval to take an outside option as part of their intermediate or final year studies. Please note the following:

After you complete this form, you will automatically receive an email copy of this request. To submit your request for approval, please forward this email to the relevant Year Director:
- Students going into Intermediate Year: Dr Camillia Cowling: C.Cowling@warwick.ac.uk
- Students going into Final Year: Dr Anca Cretu: Anca.Cretu@warwick.ac.uk
Please note that this form is not monitored, so only requests submitted via email to the Year Director will be considered.
You will usually receive a response to your approval request via email within 5 working days.
