PGR Events RSVP

The Term 2 Social Event for PGR and PGT students will be a tour of the Lord Leycester Hospital, Warwick Town Centre, Thursday 12 March 2-4pm

• Please note the tour will start promptly 2pm so please ensure you plan to arrive in time for that.

• We need to advise the venue of final numbers so please sign up by Wednesday 4 March 23.59.

  Please note if there is an unprecedented number of students sign up then we may need to restrict this to the first 45 students to sign up.

• If you have any access requirements please could you contact pghistoryoffice@warwick.ac.uk, after sign up, so that we can discuss with the venue.

• Students will need to make their own way to and from the Lord Leycester Hospital Welcome to Stagecoach but the costs of bus/ train travel to and from the Lord Leycester in Warwick (from campus/ Coventry/ Leamington/ Kenilworth) can be reclaimed, but students will need to do this within 10 days of the trip and will need to provide a receipt. Information will be sent to those who sign up about the reclaim process.

• All students will need to provide their next of kin emergency contact details so name/ relationship to you/ phone number via the form as per the department field trip policy, which the trip leader will take with them on the day.
• Please be aware that the Lord Leycester Hospital/ Warwick History department will be taking photos on the day. If you prefer not to be in any photos please do make History staff and Lord Leycester staff aware on your arrival.
