Ellie Clifford: Admission Assistant

Ellie developed expertise in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organisation during her time at Warwick. These skills have proven to be crucial to her post-university life and career.

Juhie Radia: Senior Global Customer Analyst

Juhie works in data analytics at Ralph Lauren with a commitment to mentoring young people and advocating for climate action, which she represents at high-profile events like the Y7. Her adaptability and drive have shaped her career, taking her from lab work to data analytics, while her Warwick experience built her confidence in networking and embracing diverse opportunities.

Creating outreach programmes to empower young people

Growing up in Coventry it was always a dream of Azzedine Dabo (MSc Analytical Science, 2013; PhD Chemistry, 2019) to study at Warwick. Now working as the scientific lead of GlaxoSmithKline’s (GSK) Method Innovation Team, Azzedine shares the importance of giving young people exposure to university life through outreach programmes like the one he has created at GSK.

The Chemistry with Scientific Writing course is a great opportunity that provides a flexible platform to hone both your chemistry and scientific communication skills. I loved the supportive environment provided by Warwick and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend it!

What particularly appeals to me is the opportunity to gain first-hand experience within the BBC, immersing myself in the workings of broadcast media.

The ASI course at Warwick provides an excellent learning experience, where classroom lectures are seamlessly interconnected with hands-on experience with modern instrumentation techniques. The cohort-based learning style, guest lectures, and research seminars throughout the year really fuel curiosity and innovative thinking.

The ASI MSc exposed me to numerous frontier instrumental techniques in Analytical Science; it equipped me with the nitty-gritty of many analytical methods and their applications in solving real life problems.

Keeping our pharmaceutical products safe

Ensuring pharmaceutical products are safe is vital for patient health and wellbeing. That’s the focus of Yvonne Udenwa (MSc Analytical Science: Methods and Instrumental Techniques, 2011), who’s Senior Associate in EU Regulatory Affairs Strategy at Pfizer.
