Request a CREST mentor

If you are looking for a mentor to support you in undertaking a CREST award, please fill out the following form. We will try our best to match you with an appropriate mentor. We welcome applications from any CREST candidate, and particularly encourage those from priority schools* and priority neighbourhoods**.

* Priority schools are schools with below national-average Key Stage 4 performance, or a school/college where performance at Key Stage 5 falls within the bottom 40% nationally
** Priority neighbourhoods are neighbourhoods where the proportion of students going into higher education is low, or an area which has a high level of deprivation (IMD 0-20%)
