This is a new service we are hoping to be able to provide on a ‘per cassette’ basis (up to 5 samples)

The 2% Agarose gel cassettes are suitable for DNA size selection between 100-600bp, which makes them suitable for selecting material for NGS library preps.

Sage Scientific do typically recommend checking concentration (via Qubit) and sizing (via Bioanalyzer) immediately before and after every size selection. We are able to offer both these assays as add-ons to the Blue Pippin service.

Other gel cassettes are available and we are happy to discuss work using these.
