VeGIN is an interactive network of researchers and industry leaders, who work together to promote market delivery of improved vegetable varieties using sustainable production systems.

This stakeholder event will provide updates on the progress made in the project over the past year, together with an international contribution and a speaker from the industry. Input will be sought from participants to ensure that VeGIN continues to address the concerns faced by our stakeholders. Please let us know if there is something you wish to discuss in public or in private by emailing guy.barker@warwick.ac.uk. We're currently finalising our programme including speakers from industry and academia.

This year, we are taking the opportunity to combine the UK-BRC meeting with Oilseed Rape Genetic Improvement Network Stakeholders' meeting to be held on the 16th October in same day, and the Vegetable Genetic Improvement Network (VeGIN) stakeholder meeting to be held the following day, 17th October 2023 morning. Full programme details for the OREGIN and VeGIN meeting to follow. To simplify the process, we have included the registration for all three meetings on the same form. We are also pleased to inform that if required, the meeting can have a hybrid format.

More details about the VeGIN project: VeGIN (warwick.ac.uk). The VeGIN project is funded by Defra.
