Graduation Celebration Event!

To celebrate your achievement on completing your course and to wish you all the very best for your future, you and your guests are invited to the Warwick Medical School Graduation Celebration Event:

Spaces must be reserved in advance. Please note, due to venue capacity, there is a limit on the number of places available and entrance to the graduation celebration buffet will be by pre-registration only. Once we have reached this limit, registration will close. We advise that you reserve your places as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

The Graduation Celebration Event will take place immediately after your graduation ceremony.

Please note: as this is a self-service buffet, seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

MB ChB and UG graduates: There will be a short prizegiving ceremony as part of the reception to celebrate successes.

Registration for tickets will close on Wednesday 9 July 2025 at 12.00pm.

Parking

On campus parking (payable in advance) will be available for students graduating in July 2025 and their guests. The Awards and Ceremonies Team will contact students with further details about parking facilities and a link to the booking form in early July 2025 once full details are confirmed. More information about parking arrangements will be published on their webpages when this link is shared.
