Registration


Registration for the January 2024 ceremonies will open in mid-November 2023.

If you did not register for the July 2023 ceremonies, or graduated in an earlier cohort, but did not complete registration at the time, please contact usLink opens in a new window as soon as possible to make arrangements for your certificate.

  • Graduand spaces at the ceremonies are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis;
  • If you are not planning to attend your ceremony, you must still register so that your certificate can be sent to you. If you do not register, your qualification will still be awarded in your absence and your certificate held on file;
  • After you have registered, if you need to change or amend any of your details or change your ceremony intention you will be able to re-access the online registration process by signing back in to the registration form anytime up until the deadline stated in your invitation email;
  • You will need to note the graduation eligibility criteria.Link opens in a new window

I cannot access Student Records Online (www.warwick.ac.uk/evision)

The button below will take you to a page where you will be asked to give your student ID number (7 digits) and a password. If you do not have a password yet or have forgotten it, you need to click the link to request a temporary password. New passwords will be emailed to your 'main' email account so please ensure your email is up to date on your central student records.

If you do not register online your qualification will still be awarded in your absence but your certificate cannot be sent to you.

IMPORTANT NOTE for anyone using a @qq.com email address: Due to a current and ongoing experience resulting in the delivery failure of emails sent automatically from our Student Records system to all @qq.com email addresses, please provide an alternative reliable email address during the registration process.
