• Graduand spaces at the ceremonies are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register as soon as possible if you wish to attend.
• If you are not planning to attend your ceremony or plan to defer to a future ceremony, you must still register. If you do not register, your qualification will be awarded in your absence, and your certificate will be held on file. You will not be able to attend a future ceremony.
• If you need to change or amend any of your details, or change your ceremony intention, you can re-access the online registration process by signing into the registration form before registration closes.

IMPORTANT NOTE for anyone using a @qq.com email address: Due to a current and ongoing experience resulting in the delivery failure of emails sent automatically from our Student Records system to all @qq.com email addresses, please provide an alternative, reliable email address during the registration process.

If you are eligible to graduate and you do not register online, your qualification will still be awarded in your absence, and you will not be able to attend a future ceremony. Your certificate will be held on file until you contact us.
