Session Proposals for NAM 2022

We invite applications for sessions to be held at NAM 2022 here.
Session organisers will be responsible for reviewing and selecting speakers for their sessions, and for organising an appropriate schedule within their allocated time slot. Organisers will be expected to promote an equitable and diverse balance of speakers in their sessions. You may request up to three 90 minute standard parallel sessions, a lunch session or make a case for another session format.


I agree to abide by the NAM 2022 Code of Conduct (required)

All participants must agree to the NAM2022 code of conduct.
No file attachment is expected, and applications will be reviewed based on submitted abstracts alone.
However if there is important additional information you feel the SOC or LOC need to be aware of you may upload a single relevant attachment.

Privacy notice

The form will be used solely for the purpose of collecting data regarding session proposals for NAM2022. Information entered here will be available to the LOC and SOC and retained for as long as necessary to ensure successful delivery of the conference.
