Poster Boards

The poster boards are 1m wide by 2m deep. Posters are best prepared in A0 portrait format.

Travel & Parking

Information about how to get here is available (remember to come to Coventry station if you are coming by rail, ie NOT Warwick). The meeting will be held in L3 and the Physics concourse - please see the central campus map (entry to this area is easiest via Physical Sciences).

Parking on campus is in short supply, so try to arrive in good time. We can reserve parking spaces in car park 15. To do this you will need to write to Hanako (H.Bell.1@warwick.ac.uk) and she will include your name on the list we send to security. When you arrive, you should drive into car park 15 and continue to the top floor. Somewhere on your way up, an attendant should be controlling entry to the next floor. When you give your name, they will check it against a list and hand you a scratch card for you to put on your dashboard when you leave your car.

If you do have not booked a place via Hanako, you should be able to park in Car Park 8.
