  • This module provides a strategic and global introduction to the main features of the international business environment and intercultural influences.
  • You will be introduced to the strategic features and complex intercultural issues of the global business environments.
  • You will gain an understanding of major trends in international business with a particular focus on globalisation and the factors influencing international investment, trade and marketing entry strategies.
  • The module aims at developing your capacity to critically evaluate ideas about the internationalisation processes of business, and an awareness of the intercultural challenges of implementing international business strategies.

  • Intercultural skills relevant to managing these challenges will be introduced and applied to a number of case studies and a joined group project.
