Lucia was ideal for this position. She was keen, engaged, interested and listened. She got on with the tasks quickly and did a fantastic job. [She] was able to complete a gap analysis as the intern was able to dedicate 100% of their time to it. We did not have the resource to be able to do this internally. She was fully able to achieve the goal and was able to assist with other items around the gap analysis including writing reports. Internships offer a fantastic opportunity for everyone to learn from each other. Students learn more about the working world and perhaps what roles they wish to go into in later life. Organizations can learn how to improve and develop systems and communications.
Having Alicia on the team ensured the continuation of comms and marketing about sustainability to the University and wider afield. She has supported bringing ourselves closer with Comms/Marketing and has progressed a number of projects forwards which we would otherwise have not had the time to achieve over the summer. Her work was efficient and of high calibre. She was able to make many suggestions for improvements."

The team I worked with were lovely, which perhaps exceeded my expectations. I wasn't treated like an Intern, which was nice! It was very insightful, even just with the view to see what I enjoyed when working, and how I felt about different aspects of working. I was able to explore a range of topics within my internship and develop my own ideas and thoughts into projects.
