Face-to-face individual counselling

Beneficial if you want to talk through your issues in person with a professional Counsellor, at a scheduled appointment time.

Email counselling

Helpful if you find writing useful so you can reflect on your words and the responses, especially if you want to take charge of when you choose to allocate time to thinking about your issues.

Group therapy

Valuable if you want to consider how you function in relation to others, especially where regular, ongoing support is helpful.
