Who is it for?

Students

This is for individuals who would like to better understand how to develop their ability to cope during emotionally challenging and stressful times.


Content

In this session you will cover:

  • An understanding about the concept of emotional resilience
  • How to develop your own emotional resilience by examining thinking patterns, individual value systems, support structures and lifestyle considerations
  • Sharing experiences and ideas with others

What will I get out of this?

By the end of the session you will have:

  • An increased awareness of your emotional responses, and how you might use your own resources more effectively to deal with these
  • Begun to create a ‘toolbox’ of ways to help you improve your emotional resilience
