Who is it for? Students who want to develop their friendships/relationships with others
Content In this session you will cover:
  • Communication skills
  • The stages of intimacy
  • Getting to know a range of people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Assertiveness skills
What will I get out of this? By the end of the session you will have gained a better understanding of:
  • How to make initial friendships
  • How to develop friendships
  • Strategies to manage social anxiety and move out of loneliness
  • Techniques for how to stay relaxed in company
