Who is it for?

Students who would like to have a better understanding of what goes on in groups and to improve how they are in them.


In this session you will cover:

  • The influence of the family group
  • Making use of emotional intelligence
  • An introduction to assertive communication

What will I get out of this?

By the end of the session you will have gained an understanding of:

  • The different roles you take in groups
  • The gap between how you are in groups and how you would like to be
  • How to get the best of yourself and others
