Outline of the Workshop:
This workshop offers the chance to think through how you prepare for exams in order to perform well, even if exams make you feel anxious. Through the workshop you will
review strategies to cope with exam anxiety
practice a pre-exam relaxation technique to approach exams feeling cool, calm and collected
The workshop lasts for 1 and a half hours and is divided into 2 sections:
1st section: 1 hour of a mini 'lecture' where you can just listen to the presentation information and review your strategies;
2nd section - optional - there will be an opportunity for half an hour to interact and talk with others in the group and share your individual concerns, and exchange tips and techniques that you use.
