Ful details coming soon - to register please click here

Who is it for? This workshop is for anyone who feels anger, guilt or shame at times and wants to respond with emotional intelligence to these feelings.
Content There is nothing “wrong” with feeling angry. It is our thinking that implies “wrongness”. Our feelings are our barometer to tell us whether our needs are being met or not.The essential content is about understanding the unmet need behind the instinctual feelings and reactions.
What will I get out of this? The workshop is about listening to the judging and blaming thoughts that create the feeling of anger, guilt and shame. When we truly connect with our need, we transform the feeling and place ourselves on the path to getting our need met.
