OSCOLA: Law Referencing
The Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) is a referencing style widely used in law schools across the UK including the Warwick Law School. Join Jackie Hanes, Research and Academic Support Librarian, in this online workshop for an introduction to OSCOLA. You will learn how to do footnote referencing, and how reference key primary (legislation and case law) and secondary (books and journals) legal materials, and how to create tables of authorities and your bibliography. This session is ideal for new law students and those writing law essays, dissertations or theses.
