Join us for our drop-in sessions in postgrad study spaces to take a short break and learn some of the best ways to maintain your wellbeing!
Take a break to grab a free tea or coffee and speak to us, along with a member of Wellbeing Support Services and one of our Postgrad Mentors.
This week, we'll be discussing sleep hygiene and ways to ensure you switch off during rest periods.
