Join us for our drop-in sessions in postgrad study spaces to take a short break and learn some of the best ways to maintain your wellbeing!
Take a break to grab a free tea or coffee and speak to us, along with a member of Wellbeing Support Services and one of our Postgrad Mentors.
In this session we will be discussing how to eat well during your studies, and what kinds of food are good for your brain, for digestion, for energy and your immune system.
