Library Search does not display Library Account information when accessed on a mobile phone

Issue: Account information, such as checkouts and holds, is not displaying in the My Library Account area of Library Search when accessed on a mobile phone. The mobile version of Library Search is automatically selected if accessing on a mobile phone.

Work around: To view your Library Account correctly on a mobile phone you can either switch to the full Library Search site (use the link at the bottom of the site) or use Classic Catalogue which offers a mobile friendly version of the account with full functionality. Desktop access to account information via Library Search is not affected.

Resolution: The supplier of Library Search have told us that they are working to resolve this issue. We have stressed the importance of this but as yet no date has been given for a fix.
